About the Book

Some scars fade. Others leave a mark forever.

Drawn Together is a romantic, emotionally layered story about finding yourself in a city that sells fantasy for a living.

Laina Bennett isn’t used to being seen. She’s learned how to stay small, how to navigate family expectations and a life that never felt entirely her own. When she escapes to Los Angeles, she expects a fresh start — not the spark that pulls her into something deeper, sharper, and more consuming than she’s ever known.

Set in the seductive chaos of Hollywood’s art and nightlife scene, Drawn Together unfolds in the spaces where longing meets truth, where illusion clashes with identity, and where two people collide with all their history still attached.

With rooftop parties, creative circles, and the private battles no one talks about, this is a story of desire, self-discovery, and the emotional unraveling that happens when the right person sees you — even when you don’t feel ready.

If you’ve ever outgrown a version of yourself…

If you’ve ever tried to heal while still hurting…

If you’ve ever wanted a love that feels like coming home — this story is for you.

Genre Fantasy-leaning contemporary romance

A Note From the Author

Writing Drawn Together changed me in ways I didn’t expect. I began this story during a time when I was rebuilding my own life — learning what real love feels like, facing painful truths, and figuring out who I was outside of what I’d been through.

I wrote this book with the hope that someone out there would read it and feel less alone. That someone would recognize a little of their own journey in Laina’s: the heartbreak, the resilience, the moments you choose yourself even when it’s hard.

More than anything, I want this story to remind you that you don’t have to be perfect to be loved. You don’t have to have it all together. You are allowed to start over. You are allowed to choose peace. And you deserve a love that doesn’t hurt to hold.

Thank you for being here. Truly. It means more than you know.
